To be considered for our services, you:

  • Must be a resident of Story County.
  • Must complete a Legal Aid registration form.
  • Must have a civil case. Check out our services to see if your case qualifies.
  • Must not present a conflict of interest for our staff.

You must meet income eligibility requirements such as those listed on chart below. Assets and other income may also be considered.
