Released in 1983, Marvin is a favorite comic strip character created by Tom Armstrong and released by King Features. He's a bit of a philosopher that doesn't mind mixing things up. A vintage wind up, not a battery op. In excellent condition both mechanically and cosmetically, probably never worn!
