Woodsy Owl in excellant, working condition. I believe it was released around 1975 and features a "flicker" dial that shows the friend of Smokey the Bear in two different poses and says "Give a hoot" on one flicker and "don't pollute" on the other. Sorry for the low quality pic. It is flickering between the sayings. It looks much better than the pic is allowing.
