The very first archived design. The page finally got deleted from the Geocities server, so all that remains is this picture. HTML coding is downright atrocious in this design, yet it somehow magically works. No clue when exactly this page was done, but I'm guessing 1998. |
From this design on, things moved in a positive direction. I went for a "pseudo-frames" look with this page. |
Purdy colors! This design was really simple, but it's one of my favorites. The orange and the blue made a perfect contrast. |
Another really simple design for the most part. I made a massive image map on the right side where all the links were housed. I unfortunately don't have a "true" archive of this one. |
I think I was going for massive creativity with this design. It's probably the most complex from an HTML standpoint, as there was a ton of work with tables, as well as JavaScript for the cool mouseover image swaps. Oh yeah, and this one is really colorful. |
Another one of my most favorite designs. Nothing too complex here, but I think it all goes together nicely. |
I messed around with having table cell backgrounds all merging together to form an image as a whole (which is actually of a keyboard, which I blurred and distorted a whole bunch). I had a lot of fun working on this design. Unfortunately, all that's left is this picture. |
For this design, I decided to go back and use something I hadn't used in a long time--frames. The design is small and compact and fits in its own window. I dig it. |
With this design I implemented two things I'd never done with my own web site before - a custom scrollbar, and the use of an "iframe." I also extensively used precise alignment of things by using different layers throughout. |
